With expanding operations and a number of new projects commencing in
the Saskatchewan marketplace, PCL Industrial Management Inc. is
actively seeking administrative professionals to join our operations
and contribute to our success.
We
are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, possess strong
professional administrative skills, and who are able to work
efficiently, to join our fast paced team. Based on a heavy industrial
construction project, the successful candidates must be organized and
team driven. They must have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work
under minimal supervision in a busy environment.
Primary responsibilities include:
General office administration (filing, photocopying, re-directing phone calls, date entry)
Performing department word processing requirements (minutes, memos, letters, monthly reports)
Preparing, organizing and maintaining project and sensitive internal/external documents
Maintaining the integrity of confidential information
Creating documents, reports or presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preference will be given to those with previous administrative and previous construction site office experience.
